Project Details: In 2014, Indiana Hand to Shoulder Center (IHTSC) was introduced to Taylored Systems through a previous client. The previous client knew the challenges that were facing IHTSC and knew we would be a great fit to assist. We started by gathering all of the telecom bills and assessing what was in place for all locations. Through the bill analysis we saw many ways to scale back services and centralize, but retain and increase functionality. We used our partners to create a centralized phone solution with quality of service at remote locations. As a result, IHTSC can now focus on helping patients at all of their sites seamlessly with one-number access and multi-location quality. We have also grown this solution by adding multiple sites, and we go to all lengths to make sure IHTSC is provided with the best possible options at each of their locations.
