Project Details: In 2003, Taylored Systems sold a WIN telephone system to Norris Choplin and Schroeder. Since the original installation, we’ve added Cat 5e cabling and made upgrades and changes to the system as needed. In 2015, Norris Choplin and Schroeder came to us and asked for a quote on a new IP phone system. Their digital system had served them well for 12 years, but there were features and benefits to upgrading they wanted to utilize. Taylored Systems proposed and sold them a new Zultys, with VoIP features (presence, call recording, instant messaging, conference calling and mobile application) that benefited all the employees, making them more productive and allowing faster communications between them and their clients.
