A. For the caller ID function on a phone to work, you must subscribe to the service through your local phone company and the service must be activated in the phone system programming.

A.Access a line and enter the phone number. You may leave the handset down to use the speaker option, or lift the handset for a private call. There are 2 ways to access a line. 1) Press 9, then enter the phone number OR 2) Touch a line button on your phone, then enter the phone number.

A. To park a call, press PARK then enter the extension where you want the call parked. Release the call. To page, press PAGE or enter #30 (or specific page code) to announce the call.

A. To pick up a call that has been parked, press PARK and enter the extension number where the call has been parked.If picking up the call from the extension where the call is parked, the PARK key will be red. Just press PARK and you’ll be connected to the call. No need to enter the extension number.

A.With the caller on the line, press CONF/TRN, enter #407, enter user’s mailbox number followed by #. Hang up. If you have a TRANSFER TO VOICEMAIL key, press it and enter the user’s mailbox number followed by # (or press their “buddy” button).

A. If you have Centrex Lines (dial 9), access a line and listen for dial tone. Enter 106 and the number to forward to.

If you have Business Lines (no dial 9), access a line and listen for dial tone. Enter 72# (or *72) and the number to forward to.

A. If you have Centrex Lines (dial 9), access a line and listen for dial tone. Enter 107. You will hear a confirmation tone.

If you have Business Lines (no dial 9), access a line and listen for dial tone. Enter 73# (or *73). You will hear a confirmation tone.

A.Press ICM and enter #6011. You will hear confirmation tone. Enter 9 and the ten digit telephone number to forward to followed by #. You will hear confirmation tone.

A. Press ICM and enter #6051. You will hear a confirmation tone.

A.With the handset down, press ICM, enter #9876, press the blank key to be programmed, enter 9 and the ten digit telephone number, press the blank key again. Display should show DATA PROGRAMMED

A. With the handset down, press ICM, enter #9876, press HOLD, press the blank key to be programmed, enter 610, enter the extension number, press the blank key again.

A. With the handset down, press ICM, enter #9876, press ICM again. Enter the two digit ring tone number. Press HOLD to switch between internal and external pitch. (tone numbers: 01, 02, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18)

A. Access a line and listen for dial tone. Press *67 and wait for dial tone. Enter the telephone number you wish to call. Caller ID will be suppressed for that phone call.

A. You must have this feature activated on your phone line. With the caller on the line, press the switch hook (or Flash/Tap/Recall/Link key) and listen for dial tone. Enter third party’s number. When the third party answers, announce the call and hang up. The call is transferred. If you reach a busy signal, press the switch hook twice to cancel the transfer.

A.Press ICM, then “ # “, then “ 409 “ (leave the handset down). This should turn the light off.

• Go to the Administrator Station (usually the lowest numbered station)
• With the handset in the cradle, press ICM and enter # 652
  • You will hear 3 low beeps, but the display will not change.
• Enter the time in 24hr format: HHMMSS (ex. 140000 = 2PM)
  • Enter quickly.  If you hear a busy tone, it has timed out waiting for a response.
• Press #
• Press Speaker/Hang up

Work related to the Time Change Process is covered under the Taylored Systems Maintenance Agreement and Taylored Complete Plus Program. If you are a Maintenance or Complete Plus customer, you will not be invoiced.

Select a line and enter the telephone number.

Enter the extension number (or press the extension “buddy”button).

Press the SPEAKER button and place handset in the cradle.

With the caller on the line, press the extension “buddy”button (or press CONF/TRN and enter the extension number using the keypad). After announcing the call (optional), hang up to complete the transfer. NOTE – To cancel a transfer and return to the original caller, press the line where the caller is holding (or press the soft key under RTRN).

With the caller on the line, press TRANSFER TO VM. Press the extension “buddy” button (or enter the extension number followed by #). Hang up.

With the first party on the line, press CONF/TRN then enter an extension or press another line and enter the telephone number. After they answer, press CONF/TRN again to join all three parties together (or press the soft key under JOIN). If you receive a busy or no answer, press the line where the first party is holding (or press the soft key under RTRN).

With the caller on the line, press PARK and enter the extension number where call is to be parked. Hang up.

From any phone, press PARK and enter the extension number where the call is parked. If retrieving the call from the phone where it is parked, the PARK button will be lit. Just press PARK and you’ll be connected to the call.

Pick up the handset and press PAGE or press #30. Make your announcement. Press the RLSsoft key (or press the receiver/switch hook button) to disconnect before hanging up the handset.

Any time during a call, press RECORD CALL. Recording starts when they key is pressed and stops when you hang up or after two minutes. The recording will appear in your voice mail as a new message.

Press CALLER ID HISTORY to view caller ID information for the last 20 calls. Press PREV and NEXT soft keys to scroll forward and backward. Press EXIT soft key to exit.

Press to activate. Phone will not ring or receive pages. If you have voicemail, calls will go directly to your mailbox. Press again to deactivate.

With the handset down, press ICM, enter #9876, press HOLD, press the blank key to be programmed, enter 610, enter the extension number and press the blank key again. Display shows “DATA PROGRAMMED.”

With the handset down, press ICM, enter # 9876, press the blank key to be programmed, enter 9 + the ten digit telephone number or 9+1+number if long distance, press the blank key again. Display shows “DATA PROGRAMMED.”

With the handset down, press ICM,enter #9876, press SPDIAL, enter the code (100-109), enter 9 + 9 + the ten digit telephone number, press SPDIAL again. Display shows “DATA PROGRAMMED.”

Press SPDIAL and enter the speed dial code (100-109).

Press ICM, enter #6011, listen for confirmation tone. Enter the extension number or 9 + the ten digit number to forward to followed by #. Listen for confirmation tone.

Press ICM and enter #6051. Hear confirmation tone.

For DAY mode, (phones ring normally), press NIGHT and 1 (LED light off)
For DAY2 mode (alternate answering for lunch, meetings), press NIGHT and 2 (LED light blinks)
For NIGHT mode (voicemail answers), press NIGHT and 3 (LED light on)

A. Your password needs to be reset. Contact your system administrator. Or send an email to service@taylored.com.

A. You have two options: 1) have your mailbox reset by contacting your system administrator (or send an email to service@taylored.com). Doing this erases the previous recordings (as well as any messages) and turns on the set up tutorial; or 2) re-record the current name and greetings. Log into the mailbox and at the main menu, choose option 3 to “Manage Your Mailbox”.

To Record Your Name

• Choose option 2, then option 6
• Begin recording at the tone, press # when finished.
• To save, press 9

To Record Your Greeting:

• Choose option 1 (change your greeting)
• Enter greeting number (1 thru 7)
• To review, press 1
• To re-record, press 2
• To save, press 9

To Change Your Security Code

• Choose option 2, then 3
• Enter your new security code
• Enter your new security code again
• To save, press 9

A. Call your direct number (if you have one); call the designated “backdoor” number or call the office main number. When you hear the greeting, press *. You’ll be prompted to enter your mailbox number and security code.

1. Log in
a. Press ICM and enter 333
b. At the prompt, enter your security code ___________
(Your temporary security code will be the same as your mailbox number plus 997#. For example, if your mailbox number is 120, your security code will be 120997#).

2. Record your name
a. At the tone, speak your name (“Chris Brown”)
b. Press # when finished recording
c. Accept your name by pressing # or press * to re-record

3. Record your personal greeting
a. At the tone, speak your greeting
b. Press # when finished recording
c. Accept your recording by pressing # or press * to re-record

4. Change your security code
a. Enter your new security code (min. 4 digits-max. 16 digits)
b. Re-enter your security code again

Setup Complete!
Congratulations! You have successfully completed setting up your mailbox. You may now hang up.

From your desk phone
Press ICM and enter 333 (or press the envelope image if blinking)
Enter your security code

From another desk phone
Press ICM and enter 333
At prompt for security code, enter 9 # (“invalid entry”)
